Service Description

The 5-day Phlebotomy Refresher Course is designed for experienced phlebotomists needing to sharpen their skills, improve technique, or prepare for re-certification. The course covers infection control, venipuncture troubleshooting, specimen handling, and patient interaction, with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice. Students will review advanced techniques, manage difficult draws, and complete a final skills assessment to ensure competency. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and are better prepared for job readiness or certification renewal.
